An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within our production time frame of 3 to 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not produce or ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Shipping time frame is over and above production time frame and will vary depending on which shipping option is selected at check out.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Pick Up option
When you choose to pick up your order, you are responsible for arranging your own pick up and any freight costs that may apply. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipments to the U.S.
U.S. Customers are responsible for any duties and / or taxes that may apply.
When an order weight and dimensions are large enough to require freight shipping, you will not be able to purchase these products through the online store. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will be pleased to work with you to make the appropriate shipping arrangements.

If you choose a shipping method that does not provide a tracking number, we are not responsible for replacement of your order.
