Refund Policy

Due to the fact that all products are made to order, any returned product will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are Non-Refundable >> Custom Signs with personalized wording and / or Logos cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the goods to be returned to our office.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 - 14 business days.

Shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cart/Check Out Discrepancies

In the case of any discrepancies, related to pricing, quantities or missed items in checkout, we reserve the right to cancel any unpaid items or products. We will notify the customer of the missing items from their online payment and send an invoice for payment. You may choose to agree to the cancellation or pay the invoice.
